In The Workshop
Right now I am finishing up a custom armoire, made from rustic rough cut boards. It is being stained in order to more closely match it to other barn wood furniture that the customers own. It has two doors and a wooden pole for hanging clothes. It is always challenging to work with warped and cupped wood, but if you like the imperfections of rustic furniture then you will probably be able to appreciate the look of this armoire. Pieces do not fit together perfectly, and that is what makes it look like an old furniture item, that could have been built long ago. I will post photos soon when I complete the project, which should be next week. Right now I am just putting the finishing touches on.
