Finishing a Rustic Wood Coffee Table.

In order to make this large, odd shaped table top easier to work on, I simply put it on a lazy susan. I had the hardware to make one and placed it under the wood so that I could apply finish to the sides without having to move the piece of wood or work my way around the table in my full workshop. This little trick worked great! Adding coats of finish went quickly and safely, without missing any spots.
I used a similar method to work on the odd shaped stump base, but in this case I used a roller platform that is used for moving snowmobiles and things of that nature. I could stand in one spot and spin the rustic stump to apply the coats, instead of trying to reach around.
